About

Exoplanet Ink is a collection of queer speculative fiction stories written by one author under a number of pen names.

What kinds of stories will I find here?

Mostly speculative fiction, all of it queer. I write cyberpunk and space fiction (Xavi Frey), sci-fi romance (Mara Day), and folk horror (Ashe Weaver), with one pen name (Lia Sharpe) playing around with dark-ish romance.

Why?

Because I love writing in a lot of subgenres! I am very bad at shutting off a story once it starts playing in my head, and this is my attempt to keep things tidy for readers. Love cyberpunk but not a fan of sexy aliens? No problem! Feeling like some folk horror today? I got you, friend.

Tell me about the release schedule!

There isn’t one! Not yet, anyway. This is a new experiment for me. I prefer to let stories develop at their own pace, and I don’t want to make promises I can’t keep. If you want to know about the latest releases, you can join my mailing list or follow me on Bluesky.
